At Ranthambore safari zone 1 to 5 are considered best zones for tiger spotting and forest landscape beauty. A distance of 5-8 kms is very normal to safari gates but in some cases this distance may be more than 20 kms like Six Senses Fort Barwara is more than 20 kms from safari gate so one need to be ready atleast 45 minutes before safari starting time, esp for early morning safaris this extra distance becomes more important to keep in notice.

Forest department allow boarding in safari vehicle (jeep or canter ) from selected resorts which are on route to safari zones, guest who are staying at resorts which has off route location need to come to boarding point of jeep or canter. Normally we shall share Google map location of boarding point so that guest can reach comfortably.
